"The Alhambra of Granada could..." Sevilla Favorite Tip by Pegasus74

Favorite thing: The Alhambra of Granada could apparently have inspired the Reales Alcazares. Separated from the cathedral by the epicenter of the city?s attractions - Plaza del Triunfo, the once fortress later transformed into palace compound includes shady and interconnected gardens partitioned by arched Moorish walls. Part of which is the Salon de Embajadores where Ferdinand and Isabella received Columbus on his return trip from America. The beautiful arches that form the doorways along three of its walls, with Arabic characters ?only God conquers? appearing above the main entrance, will absolutely be captivating to your eyes as were mine.
