Cable Book, the library of the Lasipalatsi Media Center, is a branch of the Helsinki City Library. You don't have to own a library card to use the computers and web (only ID will be
needed), everyone could do it and it's free! You shoul reserve your time for workstation in advance. You can reserve your time at the desk or by phone. Some customer workstations have already been installed for use without reservation, and maximum using time for these ' visitingmachines ' is a half an hour.

Cable Book stands in the 2nd floor of Lasipalatsi, between the cafe Bio Rex and Restaurant Lasipalatsi. The address for Cable Book is Mannerheimintie 22-24 (2. krs), 00100 Helsinki, entrance from Mannerheimintie by the side of the bus station.

It's open from Monday till Thursday at 10-22 and from Saturday till Sunday at 12-18. At Fridays it's closed.
