Seville is considered the capital of 'tapeo', but what is a 'tapa'? A 'tapa' is what formely was placed on top of a glass of wine while you were drinking to prevent something to fell in. It was normally a slice of bread and finally it was covered with a piece of ham, cured loin or another type of spicy meat. Over time, the 'tapa' became of a small ration of the day´s broth and nowadays bars exhibit lists with a large number of these morsels. There are hundreds of differents 'tapas' and most important bars have their own specialities.

Directions: In my opinion best of all is one called 'Yebra' it´s in C/Medalla Milagrosa.
