Perth Off The Beaten Path: 234 reviews and 406 photos

Cameleer Park - a Camel Farm north of Perth, about a 45 min drive. The camels were captured 10 years ago in the Great Sandy Desert and brought to Perth and trained. You can take anything from a short 10 min, 30 min ride to 1/2 day treks and weekend safaris. Its a really fun thing to do if you have never been on the back of a camel before. They are really gentle creatures and very comfortable to ride. You may be lucky and see some baby ones out there too. There is also a small camel museum.
