"Air, rail, or bus.Most..." Paris Transportation Tip by DesertRat

Paris Transportation: 1,508 reviews and 1,491 photos

Air, rail, or bus.

Most international airlines with routes to/within Europe fly into Paris. Be careful, however: There are three airports, Charles de Gaulle, Orly, and Le Bourget. Make sure you know where your flight is going to, and, if you're connecting, where your connection leaves from.
If you drive, park your car, leave it, and take the superb Metro system, which will get you almost anywhere in town. And if the Metro won't, the buses will.

Passes are available for the Metro, which not only save time by allowing you to walk past the lines (queues), but they save you money, too!
