Not so much a restaurant as an oyster bar.
Every Saturday there is a market in Temple Bar. Outside the photography museum, there is a stall where you can sample oysters freshly caught in County Kerry hours before. It is definitely an experience and while quite a touristy thing, they are an Irish speciality. It is possibly the only time that I have intentionally eaten anything that was alive at the time.

Favorite Dish: Oysters.
