Masjid Jamek Mosque, Kuala Lumpur: 32 reviews and 52 photos

The Masjid Jamek Mosque is located just behind the Sultan Abdul Samad Building at the place where the Klang and Gombak Rivers meet. It is the oldest mosque in Kuala Lumpur and the architecture is very beautiful. You can visit except at prayer times, and try to dress modestly as this is a place of worship. One bad point in my own opinion is that it is very hard to take nice photographs of the building without having to include the modernized buildings at the background. Nevertheless, this is one of the must see when in Kuala Lumpur.

Address: Jalan Mahkamah Persekutuan
Directions: Location is already described above. Should be easy to located as it is near Merkeka Square and the Sultan Abdul Samad Building.
