"Some brave souls put up with..." Florida Transportation Tip by miromi

Florida Transportation: 78 reviews and 41 photos

Some brave souls put up with the greyhound, but if you don't have a car, you're screwed. The bus stations are always located in the seediest or more inconvenient locations possible (the Orlando bus station is 5 miles from its downtown and about 2 miles from the nearest local bus). While riding the bus may let you see all the color and vibrancy of local life, buses in America are such that most people avoid riding them and they only attract the creepiest citizens (exhibitionism/flashing is very popular among Greyhound bus riding Americans).
renting a car is really expensive if you're under 25, because you get hit with an extra liability fee.
