Cambridge Youth Hostel, Cambridge: 47 reviews and 1 photos
For those of us who are usually on a (low) budget, Cambridge has a near-central Youth Hostel. The hostel has recently re-opened after a refurbishment. It's just round the corner from the train station, and is a short walk from the centre of town. There are some excellent pubs nearby (such as the Salisbury Arms and the Live and Let Live), too.
16 pounds / night (yes, the UK is expensive!), 12 pounds / night for under 18's. Despite the name, there are no age restrictions on YHA-affiliated Youth Hostels in the UK.
