"Packing List" Boots Tip by John195123

Boots, Grand Canyon: 6 reviews and 3 photos

Luggage and bags: Bring a daypack or hiking pack for the trails. If you are camping, bring backcountry gear.

Clothing/Shoes/Weather Gear: Wear hiking boots or comfortable shoes that grip well. You might want to bring a poncho, but really, any rain in the canyon will feel pretty good.
For clothing, shorts and t-shirts are fine, but you might want something light-weight and long-sleeved to protect against the hot sun.

Toiletries and Medical Supplies: Bandaids, snakebite kit (maybe)

Photo Equipment: camera with 100, 200, 400 film...the usual.

Camping/Beach/Outdoor Gear: Sunscreen, SPF >30. Possibly insect repellant.

Miscellaneous: BRING WATER BOTTLES or a Camelback-type hydration system and LOTS of water!!!!!!

Review Helpfulness: 1.5 out of 5 stars
