"Packing List" Mexico Packing List Tip by Reneej

Mexico What to Pack: 75 reviews and 27 photos

Luggage and bags: Carry light. The weather is hot and humid. Forget your hairspray and face makeup. Get a great tan. But use lots of sunscreen. You'll need it. It's easy to get sun poisoning even for people that tan easy.

Clothing/Shoes/Weather Gear: Whatever your most compfortable in.

Toiletries and Medical Supplies: I carried enough toilet paper for myself in case I needed a bathroom on tour. Not all places have toilet paper or they charge you for it. Anyhting for a $.

Photo Equipment: Keep any equipment close to you. This is a hot market for resale. We were offered money for ours.

Camping/Beach/Outdoor Gear: The hotel ususally has towels in the hotel or on the beach. Some charge for on the beach, some don't. You'll have vendors walking up and down the beach at times trying to sell silver. They bargain with you too.

Miscellaneous: Never pay regular price. They expect you to bargain.
