"The restaurant was called Jade..." Chinese/Dim Sum Tip by smoox

Chinese/Dim Sum, Hong Kong: 50 reviews and 66 photos

The restaurant was called Jade Garden, somewhere in Kowloon. But you´ll find this kind anywhere.
Dim Sum is a variety of smaller dishes. The steaming pots and plates are moved around in the big room on trolleys, and you pick the dish you´d like. It´s an adventure - you never know what you´ll get. Wonderful!

Uh, oh, mustn´t forget: Dim Sum is for lunch only.

Favorite Dish: Dim Sum! Definitely Dim Sum!
