"The restaurant was called Jade..." Chinese/Dim Sum Tip by smoox

Chinese/Dim Sum, Hong Kong: 50 reviews and 66 photos

The restaurant was called Jade Garden, somewhere in Kowloon. But youŽll find this kind anywhere.
Dim Sum is a variety of smaller dishes. The steaming pots and plates are moved around in the big room on trolleys, and you pick the dish youŽd like. ItŽs an adventure - you never know what youŽll get. Wonderful!

Uh, oh, mustnŽt forget: Dim Sum is for lunch only.

Favorite Dish: Dim Sum! Definitely Dim Sum!
