<BR> The popular tourist scene, Change of Guards at the Buckingham Palace, starts from the Wellington Barracks next to the museum around 11:00. The new guards then march towards the Buckhingham Palace with a band.
<BR> The Wellington Barracks is not accessable by public, but the public can view its forming up through fence before the new guards march to the Buckingham Palace.
