"Go for a camel ride!" Broken Hill Things to Do Tip by CandS

We went for a one hour camel ride one day and it was fantastic. :) They were very friendly camels and very gentle...

The camels are at Silverton (a 'real life' ghost town about 20 minutes north-west of Broken Hill). It costed us A$25 for our one hour camel ride.

If you have heard bad things about camels spitting or smelling I don't think it is true, at least not with these camels at Silverton. They were totally gorgeous. :) I loved to give my camel (his name was Baldy) a hug at the end of our journey. :)
