"Bergen-Belsen Concentration..." Germany Things to Do Tip by Matteh01

Bergen-Belsen Concentration Camp,
The main town of Celle,
Duke Castle
It is a deeply moving site,it is a shame that the exhibition is all in german but it is just worth it to look at the pictures. The actual site itself outside is totally devoid of usual noises.Birdsong has gone despite the ammount of trees around,it is totally silent all around the site.
The Main town of Celle is a beautiful half-timbered town that centres around one place,
the Duke Castle.
The Duke Castle was started in the 13th century but has been re-designed several times up til the 18th century. These has given it a baroque appearance.
One part of the Bomann-Museum is located in the east wing of the castle.

Directions: A bit further north of Celle, located in the Belsen area of the town Bergen, it is well signposted.
The main town of Celle is easy to get to and well signposted.
The Duke Castle is located just off on
