"If you're looking for a..." Perpignan Hotel Tip by Travelloz

Perpignan Hotels: 15 reviews and 4 photos

If you're looking for a furnished apartment in the high season you will need to book well in advance and expect to pay large, but between september and june the vast majority stand empty and are available to rent. I suggest you bypass the agencies and go straight to the tourist office to ask for the list of private rentals (you have to phone/email these yourself, so it depends how good your french is).
After August you can get one week for around 100-150? for a studio or one bed apartment facing the sea, fully furnished and equipped. For longer stays you can expect to pay 250?-370? per month, a lot of these landlords like to rent their apartments to students for the 'down period'. You can try to haggle.

Directions: Go to the tourist office for their list of private rentals, or you can download the list of current availabilities using acrobat reader, go to www.ot-canet.fr
othercontact: On the list from the tourist off
