Watch out for pick pockets in the busier Train stations. A guy I had just met in Xian had his camera stolen while I was talking with him! But I also met a guy that left a camera at his hotel in Beijing and some how they tracked him down in Guangzhou and gave it back to him. So you can meet all kinds!
