"Showers in hotels" Greece Local Custom Tip by asturnut

You may think this is a wierd tip, but here goes... The showers in Greek hotels are different from American showers. They are just a tile slab on the floor, with no shower curtain or anything. If you are sharing a room at a hotel with other people, you might have problems maintaining your privacy when it comes time to bathe. The problem is since there's no shower curtain, water splashes all over the place and gets on your clean clothes and your towel. The only solution is to get dressed in the living quarters, which can be tricky if you are sharing a room with people you don't want to see you nude. I imagine this would not be problem in a finer hotel.
