"Elbigenalp" Grän Things to Do Tip by JosM

We drove to Holzgau and enjoyed the houses with murals (many pictorials, but also a lot of painted guirlandes around doors and windows). We think we found the Heimatmuseum, but we couldn't find the entrance. We did find a barn with a chicken house with beautiful murals on 2 walls. We drove back to Elbigenalp and parked across Gasthof Post. We made a walk along the river Lech up to the roofed bridge. Before leaving we visited a shop/craftmanshouse for wooden sculptures.
