  Fado Irish Pub
by cvsolfari

Fado, one of the best after work downtown pubs, is located downtown on the corner of Clark and Grand streets. On a Friday night at 6, the place is packed with weekend revelers slowly bar hopping their way north! The crowd is diverse but friendly.

Also, for you football and Rugby fans out there, English Premier League games are typically shown for free on Saturday and Sunday mornings at 9 and 10 am respectively. Rugby is shown in the late afternoon although I'm not totally up on the schedule.

Dress Code: Clothed will work fine. Like most Irish pubs, Fado is quite laid back. On Friday evenings, there's a distinct business crowd in ties but Sunday mornings I've seen people in pajamas. Don't ask what I was doing there on a Sunday morning...
