"The Grampians...a great place..." Grampians National Park Tip by paola9

Grampians National Park, Melbourne: 5 reviews and 4 photos

The Grampians...a great place to go if you are into nature and bush stuff. A National Park that is quite far from Melbourne, maybe a 4 hour drive from Melb (can't remember). Lots of walking, hiking, trees, sunsets, kangaroos...Better get there by renting a car or taking a trip as the park is real huge and some interesting points can only be reached by car. There's a bus running from the city though.
Or you book a guided tour from Halls Gap (the only town just in the Grampians) to reach those points. You can camp or otherwise stay at a hostel.

Have a look at the pic...can't beat this sunset!!
