The Cutty Sark: the fastest tea clipper is now laid up for all to see and board. Launched in 1869 it became a training school in 1922 and has been in dry dock here since 1955. Nearby stands Sir Francis Chichester's Gypsy Moth IV, in which he circumnavigated the globe singlehanded in 1966.
