The only practical way to get to Fort Riley is by car. If you are arriving by commercial airline, there is an airport at Manhattan, Kansas (about 20 km north of Fort Riley) and a much busier airport in Kansas City (possibly 200 km / 120 mi. away). Manhattan Airport is served by US Airways Express.
The best way to get around Fort Riley is by car. There is a bus line but it is very infrequent.
