"Some small town governments..." United States of America Warnings Or Dangers Tip by Skylink

Some small town governments depend on speeding ticket fines. Some places will even ticket you for driving 1 mph over the speed limit. Most places are not so unreasonable and will allow at least 5 mph over the speed limit. The national speed limit used to be 55
mph (90 km/h) but now it is different so you need to read the signs. On highways (the term “motorway” is not used in the US), it is sometimes 55, 60, 65, 70, or 75. Most highways are free. There is a major toll road from New York to Chicago (Indiana
Turnpike, Ohio Turnpike, Pennsylvania Turnpike) and between New York and Washington (New Jersey Turnpike). Look at a map for exact details.
