7 West Café: "7 West Café" 7 West Café Tip by Chrystyna
7 West Café, Toronto: 2 reviews and 1 photos
Now this cafe is the greatest. It's definitely a local haunt and wonderful because of it's atmosphere, it's location and the fact that it's open 24 hrs! If you're a tourist suffering from jet lag and have no idea what to do with your time while everyone is sleeping, feel free to visit here. Admittedly, it is a trendy place, located close to University of Toronto so the crowd tends to be between their twenties and thirties. The cafe is three floors and each floor has a different feel. They even have a patio that's open in the summers. The prices aren't too bad, reasonable in this city, but most items are home made, and they have the best Irish Cream Hot Chocolate i've ever tasted!
NOTE: Not suitable for kids as there is a bar.
Favorite Dish: Definitely the Hot Bread. The 7 West Hot bread is a bread topped with onions, cheese, mushrooms, and it's OH so yummy. Also their selection of Hot Chocolates. On a winter night with that special someone, don't miss the Irish Cream Hot Cocoa...yum yum. Their homemade soup is pretty good too.
Directions: 7 West is located at 7 Charles Street West just south of Yonge and Bloor Street.
If you're on at the corner if Bloor and Yonge, go South on Yonge and Charles is the first set of lights you come to aft
