On river Maas, Rotterdam: 16 reviews and 17 photos

Museum restaurant Zenne (Turkish)
In winter the Turkish restaurant Zenne is situated in the stately etnological museum (Volkenkunde). In summer it is outside on a tent covered pontoon in the river Maas with the grand skyline of Rotterdam, even more beautiful with the setting sun. The view is spectacular!

Favorite Dish: Mezze.... loads and loads of little plates with starters: aubergine, crab salad, feta, yoghurt and spinach, tzaziki, tuna, olives, salads, Turkish bread and more.
Tonight (26/6/2002) I had mezze, fried goats cheese rolls, lamb with rice and coffee with baklava. For the friendly price of ? 35 including a glass of wine. All wonderfully mediteranean.
