"Slottsskogen Park" Top 5 Page for this destination Slottsskogen & Natural History Museum Tip by Sjalen

Slottsskogen (The 'Castle Forest', since this is where the kings went hunting) is the city's most loved park where everyone meet on warm summer days and less warm...It has huge lawns where people sunbathe or play games, a space observatory (see local paper for info on hours/activities), natural history museum, a restaurant, café, playground, open air theatre, tropical house, seals, children's petting zoo with pony rides and at the top of the hill, more Scandinavian animals to feed, another café and great city views.

Directions: Easiest approachable from tram and bus stop Linnéplatsen but various trams run along most sides of it.
