Nowadays, Molina de Aragón, capital of an ancient señorío located in the border between the old kingdoms of Castille and Aragon, is not but a shadow of what this town was in its most glorious days. Not that one has to climb high mountains or corss oceans to reach Molina. On the contrary, one can comfortably get there by car or any other transportation means. Still, the remoteness of this place is only surpassed by its charm and, therefore, the sense of achievement after leaving so many options behind is truly rewarding.

You can see more pictures in my Molina de Aragón page.

Directions: On the Cock river, province of Guadalajara.
