"Of Edinburgh's many..." Edinburgh Restaurant Tip by mellow-mark
Edinburgh Restaurants: 450 reviews and 540 photos
Of Edinburgh's many restaurants, I recommend Fishers - a seafood restaurant in Leith who also have a newer branch in the New Town. Other good places to try include The Tower, which is located above the new Museum of Scotland and offers stunning views of Edinburgh Castle and the Old Town. The Atrium in the Foyer of the Traverse Theatre is another good place for lunch or dinner, while the bistro Blue upstairs is equally good and open late. Although slightly out of the way, an excellent place for lunch is Valvona and Crolla on Elm Row - a great little cafe at the back of Edinburgh's finest deli.
A good place for a coffee is Cafe Florentin, which is just off the Royal Mile in the Old Town (near the Cathedral).
Favorite Dish: Scottish Lobster.
