Favorite thing: You must try the famous Quebec's Poutine. In Trois-Rivieres, the best one can be found at any Stratos Pizzeria (check the Yellow Pages, various locations). The Poutine is actually fries coved with cheeze (a sort of mix between cheddard and mozarella, not too sure) and brown gravy (a special poutine gravy) I love it!!
