We stumbled upon this pub by complete accident. We had driven outside of Cardiff in search of Caerphilly Castle (which we finally found, in the dark, and was beautiful!), and on the way back to Cardiff we were trying to find somewhere to eat. Luckily, the Traveller's Rest appeared almost out of nowhere. It was very welcoming, although quite crowded. Low ceilings, table tucked away in cozy corners. It was a great experience.

Favorite Dish: I think I had some sort of Italian dish, which was good. Also, my sister ordered fish and chips, which turned out to be a HUGE portion! For dessert, the profiteroles were yummy :-)
