Prices are low (an average 3 course meal will not go over USD 12-15), the service is fast and - most important of all - this place is not fancy or fake, it is a normal place for regular people, just like you and me (I hope). Hai noroc si sanatate! The rest can be listened to at

Favorite Dish: 'Sarmale in foi de varza cu mamaliga', that would translate by 'minced pork mixed with rice and spices and then rolled up in marinated cabbage leaves, served with polenta'... Otherwise, I would anytime go there for a big, healthy portion of "hamsii cu mujdei si mamaliga" (salted, dry and fried anchovy fish served with polenta and fresh garlic sauce), joined by some dry white wine or just by some plum tuica, for we are in Wallachia...
