This is the smallest denomination paper bill in Poland. Polish money is called zloty which means gold. The person shown on 10 zloty bill is Mieszko, the first ruler of unified Poland. He was a prince rather then a king. His son was the first king of unified Poland. You can see a symbol of Poland on the left side of prince Mieszko. The symbol of Poland is crowned White Polish Eagle.
