The Kon-Tiki Museum (Thor Heyerdahl)
A museum erected in honor of the modern day Norwegian explorer Thor Heyerdahl. Heyerdahl is most famous for his expeditions on the Kon-Tiki balsa wood raft from South America to Polynesia. Later expeditions on the Ra and Tigris reed rafts and adventures on Easter island are also highlights.
