This museum is home to the Kon-tiki and Ra II rafts built by Thor Heyerdahl. The Kon-tiki was built in 1947 of balsa and was sailed across the Pacific Ocean. When you go there you can learn more about the story of the rafts. It is highly recommendable to go.
