Dannevirke has a similar history to Norsewood. But instead of mainly Norwegians, it was mainly settled by the Danish. It not as interesting for site seeing as Norsewood but it does have an interesting museum. It has a couple of restaurants, the usual shops and it is a lot bigger than Norsewood.

Address: It is about 20 minutes drive south of Norsewood.
