In the foyer of the New Town Hall you find four modells of Hannover. One is from the 17th century, one from 1939, one in May 1949 and one shows Hannover today.
Unbelievable how much was destroyed in World War Two. That's why you hardly find old buildings in the centre. But several of the modern buildings have its own charme.
