Halfway from Erfurt to Dresden. Good traffic connections by rail and road to International Airports in Dresden and Leipzig. Situated on two important Autobahn; A 9 Berlin-Munich and A 4 Dresden-Frankfurt.
In town a lot of roads are in a really bad condition - many potholes!! Avoid driving in the city and use public transport instead!
