beware of me taking such a pic... pic which came out one morning from the idea of crossing, 'on foot', not exactly a short walk, pont Jaques-Cartier to reach île Sainte Hélène and its pleasant park... in the pic a structure as it looked like after a fire broke out and if I remember right, I was said it was decided that wasn't worth the rebuilding... I told you to beware of my taking silly pics... and sorry if I cannot remember other particulars on this structure...

I have just got some infos from the dear friend from Montréal about this... here they are: the round structure you photographed from the Pont Jacques-Cartier is surely the U.S. Pavilion at Expo '67. Many country pavilions were left and transformed into something else. France's pavilion, for example, became the Casino de Montréal
