Ok, this is the best known place of the city. I have seen it thousands of times in photos without knowing what it was. This is the oldest bridge in Europe that has wooden roof. Infact, it dates back to XIVth century. There is also a tower, called Wasserturm (or 'the tower of water'), that seems to have performed an extraordinary amount of functions during the centuries: a treasury, an archive and even a prison. It burned down some 8 years ago and was restored but many beautiful paintings perished.
