"St.-Michael's Cathedral" Cathédrale of St. Michael and St. Gudula Tip by aliante1981

Situated in the western part of the old city, the Cathedral was another of my landmarks, helping me to find my way without bothering to look at the map I had - that's because it has huge 69-meter high towers, and they were left uncompleted... I wonder, how would they look (and how high would they be) if they were finished!

The architectural style is that of Brabant Gothic. Pretty impressive looks it has... There are great stained-glass windows of 16th century and pretty impressive carved pulpit.
