Staromestske namesti (Old Town Square)
Old Town Square is beautiful. It is dominated by the central monument to Jan Hus, the Protestant reformer. The square has two churches, the Tyn Church and St. Nicholas (in photo). Don't miss the clock tower which rings on the hour from 0600-2300.

There are a lot of cafes in the square, which are overpriced for Prague. It is nice, however, to sit at a cafe and "people watch" in the square. Most annoying are British guys on their stag night, because they are loud and obnoxious.
