Swiss greet people in the European way, but not absolutely. For example, my Swiss friends shake hands instead of 'touching my face' when he greets me because I, Chinese, may not like this style of greeting.
Swiss people say <b><font color=red>a'gute (Enjoy your meal!)</font></b> before start eating. But of course, if you don't eat with any Swiss, you can skip this step.
