Colosseum

After the Ministry, the colosseum is one of the biggest clubs south of the river but thankfully it's a long way from being the corporate tourist trap that is its near neighbour. Instead the Colosseum, with its array of hard house nights(and Sunday mornings), relaxed door policy and ability to attract some of the UK's top DJs, is a place to party not pose. The punters are predominantly young and up-for-it types, with exposed midriffs and water bottles galore, but the variety of dance floors means there's plenty of places for old farts(ie the over 25s)to rest their weary bones. Like the Ministry, the venue won't win any beauty contests but at 5:45am on a Saturday morning you won't be in any state to care. So get in line and kiss the rest of your weekend goodbye...
