"See Stonehenge, as close as..." United Kingdom Favorite Tip by noahsdad

Favorite thing: See Stonehenge, as close as they'll let you get. Don't miss the British Museum. Visit Bath in all its Georgian splendor. Channel Shakespeare's shade in Stratford. Get a seat 'in the gods' (nosebleed section) at Covent Garden. See majestic cathedrals in Canterbury, Salisbury, Winchester, or just about anywhere. See impossibly quaint little villages like Beaulieu, which is actually entirely owned by the local lord! Beware the vindaloo curry...

Fondest memory: Attending Christmas Eve service at Canterbury Cathedral. Seeing the Rosetta Stone at the British Museum.
