Street food in the medinas is excellent, I'll tel you about the single restaurants I liked in the coming single cities pages.
Should I mention mint tea? Anyway, it is really something unique, you find it everywhere.

Favorite Dish: Moroccan cousine is very rich and for sure delicious, also very very tasty for their many spicies.
Typical dishes that you can easily find everywhere are: cuscus(national dish), brochettes(grilled meat), La Tajine a very tasty mix of vegetables and meat.
Harder to find but still excellent is pastilla a dish that mixes sweet and salad.
They also have an excellent bread, I loved it usually try to eat all the bread you ask, bread has a religious value here, and, that bread is also delicious!!!
