"Packing List" New Hampshire Packing List Tip by hayward68

New Hampshire What to Pack: 6 reviews and 7 photos

Luggage and bags: Take a small backpack for the short hikes which you can pack the items needed for the day.

Clothing/Shoes/Weather Gear: Bring along sturdy hiking boots and don't forget your wet weather gear. My rain outfit proved invaluable on the Arethusa Falls/Frankenstein Cliff trail, since it poured with rain the entire 3 and a half hours it took me to complete the hike.

Toiletries and Medical Supplies: Heavy duty insect repellant, those mozzies will get you if you don't use it.

Photo Equipment: Bring your camera and lots of film, you'll be taking a lot of pictures. My little Canon Elph Junior is perfect for hiking, it's tiny, fits in palm of my hand, and takes wonderful pics in APS format.

Camping/Beach/Outdoor Gear: Make sure you pack all your camping gear and a tarp to cover your cooking area in case of rain.
