You can pretty much get to London by any means of travel. There's an airport, train station, bus station and it's right on a major highway, the 401.

<a href='http://www.greyhound.ca/'target='_none'>Bus</a>
London has a bus system, but it doesn't operate late. Okay for getting around during the day but can take you a while. Best option is a car, it's easy to drive around London. Can get from one end to the other in about 20 minutes. You can always get a cab as well.
