Whatever you fancy eating I imagine you can get it here. From typical pub grub to Italian, Spanish, Chinese and Indian, especially Indian. There's an area in Manchester known as curry mile, you can probably smell it as you get near.
This pic is of Briton's Protection, a typical old pub in Manchester with quite an interesting past. They used to press gang men into the British Army back in the 1800's in this place. So some poor man would go into the pub for a pint and not see home again for months! They did have quite a good looking menu up when we were in here, wild boar was one item, and some nice beer on tap. If you're into malt whiskies, they've got over 150 of them available.

Directions: Briton's Protection is located on Great Bridgewater St on the corner of Lower Mosley St, near GMEX Centre.
