"Go to the Space Needle! The..." Space Needle Tip by Minnow

Space Needle, Seattle: 93 reviews and 172 photos

Go to the Space Needle! The Space Needle was built for the World's Fair in Seattle in 1962, and it's definitely the most recognizable element of the city.
The absolute best thing about the Space Needle is the gorgeous 360* view of Seattle from the observation deck up top.

Additionally, the restaurant ('Sky City') rotates so you can get a full view of the entire surrounding area from the comfort of your dining table. It's pricey (the minimum food charge is $25 per guest for dinner, and $15 for lunch) but top class -- not to mention yummy :)

The picture is of just the top of the Space Needle rising up over the Flag Pavilion.
